  • An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to the shipping carrier

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days

Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the courier. However, we remain committed to supporting you if any issues arise.

If your package is lost, missing, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • We may ask you to contact the courier to initiate an investigation

We will work with the courier to determine the outcome. If a package is confirmed lost or undelivered, we may offer:

  • A refund, depending on the situation

If tracking confirms the package was successfully delivered to the provided address, Aryxx may not be responsible for replacement or refund.


7. Return to Sender (RTS)

If a package is returned to us due to customer-related issues such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to claim the package

  • Missed delivery attempts

The order will be treated as a return.

Once received, a refund may be issued minus:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees

  • Any applicable handling charges
